Guidelines for claims submission

  • Claims for all approved projects must be submitted within 9 months after the “project end date”. The “project end date” refers to the date on which your charity ceases raising funds and receiving donations for the fundraising project

  • You may submit your claims ahead of the 9-month deadline, but it should not be submitted earlier than the “project end date” indicated in the approved application

  • Submission must be made via OurSG Grants portal (OSG) Link to using CorpPass login

  • Funds collected for a project shall be raised and credited into your charity’s bank account between the approved project start date and the project end date (both dates inclusive)

  • Include a fully completed Supplementary Claim Form listing all donor names and amounts collected

  • If your charity does not have “live” IPC status at the point of application, you are required to submit an Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) report. Please refer to FY2025 FAQs [PDF, 204 KB] for more information

  • The declaration made when the claim is submitted shall be deemed to have been made by the Highest Authority of the organisation or an employee duly authorised by the organisation to submit the claim
