Our funds and grants
Through strategic partnerships across diverse sectors, we drive systemic change and sustainable impact. Our dedicated funds are designed to address critical societal needs – explore each fund's focus areas, eligibility requirements and application guidelines below.
Social and community care
Enabling Lives Initiative (ELI)
Enables collaborations among non-profit organisations, social enterprises and innovators to create scalable solutions and implement meaningful innovations for persons with disabilities. The Grant aims to uplift the lives of persons with disabilities and their caregivers in three areas:
Living independently and encouraging self-sufficiency
Realising their potential through opportunities for employment and skills development
Connecting communities to increase accessibility and enhance inclusion
The ELI is the only grant dedicated to supporting innovation for the disability sector.

Movements for Health (M4H)
Supports community partners in initiating social movements that will encourages communities to adopt and advocate healthier lifestyles to improve their health outcomes. Projects proposed must focus on influencing health behaviour and well-being, in the areas relating to physical activity, nutrition and/or sleep, for adults (40-60 years old) or children/youth.
The M4H grant mobilises communities to adopt healthier living.

Tote Board Better Health Fund (TBBHF)
Supports the piloting of innovative programmes for the community health sector that are aligned with Singapore's national health priorities. Partners receive seed funding to spearhead new programmes in three areas:
Care and support: New care models to enable out-of-hospital care, ageing-in-place and caregiver support
Care integration: Coordinated health and social care services in the community
Emerging areas: Identify and address new priorities of care as needs evolve
The TBBHF is a seed fund for innovative programmes in the community care sector.

Tote Board Social Service Fund (TBSSF)
The Tote Board Social Service Fund (TBSSF) supports critical and strategic programmes for vulnerable communities. It aims to improve the reach and comprehensiveness of social services by supporting programmes initiated by government and social service agencies.
The TBSSF is a broad-based fund for the social service sector.

Arts and sports
Sporting Singapore Fund (SSF)
Promotes sports for social bonding and healthy living for Singaporeans of all ages and abilities, including programmes that uplift vulnerable communities through sport.
SSF supports Sport Singapore's various sport programming and activities to serve the community, encourage fitness and inspire the Singapore spirit.

Tote Board Arts Fund
Supports local artists and arts groups in bringing the arts to community, fostering shared experiences that enable people to connect with one another.
Priority is given to projects designed to bring together audiences from diverse social groups and partners who demonstrate a deep understanding of their target audience to maximise audience satisfaction and engagement.
The Arts Fund supports a variety of projects including music, dance, theatre, visual arts and literary arts.

Tote Board Arts Grant
Seeks to foster a vibrant arts culture in schools and promotes arts appreciation. The Grant also provides equitable access to quality arts programmes to students in the mainstream, ITE and special education schools, including customised ones that cater to students' diverse interests and needs.
The Arts Grant is available to primary and secondary schools, junior colleges and centralised institutes, special education schools and ITE.
Schools may use the grant to subsidise the purchase of programmes listed in the NAC-AEP Directory, as well as Public Arts Programmes and the Artist-in-School Scheme Learn more about the funding guidelines.
Capability building and innovation
Community Capability Trust (CCT)
Aimed at enhancing the capabilities and capacities of social service agencies (SSAs) to elevate the quality of services provided to their beneficiaries. The CCT advocates for a robust social service sector and encourages donors to contribute to the capacity and capability building endeavours of SSAs.
The CCT resources the social service sector to build capability and capacity.
