Tote Board has worked with the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to align the Tote Board Impact Measurement Framework and the Sector Evaluation Framework. This would give you more options when measuring your programme's impact.
Community Capability Trust
Aimed at enhancing the capabilities and capacities of social service agencies (SSAs) to elevate the quality of services provided to their beneficiaries. In collaboration with the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the National Council of Social Service, the Community Capability Trust advocates for a robust social service sector and encourages donors to contribute to the capacity and capability building endeavours of SSAs.
