Changes to Board Members with effect from 1 January 2026
The Minister for Finance has appointed a new member and re-appointed two members to the Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”) with effect from 1 January 2026.

Appointments to the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board
The Minister for Finance has re-appointed Mrs Mildred Tan as Chairman of the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”). The Minister has also appointed two new members Ms Chong Yiun Lin and Mr Raja Kumar S/O Thamby Rajah, as well as re-appointed Mr Aubeck Kam and Mr Kevin Shum to the Board from 1 January 2025.

The Minister for Finance has re-appointed A/Prof Ang Seng Bin, Mr Hou Wey Fook and Mr Ng How Yue to the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”) from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025. The Minister for Finance has also appointed Ms Teoh Zsin Woon to the Board from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

Appointment of New Chief Executive at the Singapore Totalisator Board
The Minister for Finance has appointed Mr Tan Choon Shian as the next Chief Executive (CE) at the Singapore Totalisator Board. Mr Tan, will take over from the incumbent CE, Mr Fong Yong Kian, on 1 July 2023.
