Appointments to the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board

26 December 2024 - The Minister for Finance has re-appointed Mrs Mildred Tan as Chairman of the Board of Tote Board. The Minister has also appointed two new members and re-appointed two members to the Board. The appointments will take effect from 1 January 2025.

The new members are:

Ms Chong Yiun Lin
Deputy Secretary (Higher Education & Skills)
Ministry of Education

Mr Raja Kumar S/O Thamby Rajah
Senior Advisor (International)
Ministry of Home Affairs

The re-appointed members are:

Mr Kam Tse Tsuen Aubeck
Permanent Secretary
Ministry of Social and Family Development, and
Permanent Secretary (Home Affairs Development)
Ministry of Home Affairs

Mr Shum Jin-Chyi Kevin
Deputy Secretary (Planning)
Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance and Tote Board look forward to the guidance and support of the new and re-appointed members, and would like to express their appreciation to retiring member, Brigadier-General Narayanan Letchumanan for his invaluable contributions to the Board. BG Letchumanan’s term will end on 31 December 2024.
