Changes to Board Members and re-appointment of Board Chairman

Mr Ng Soo Nam and Mr Thali Koattiath Udairam has been re-appointed to the Board of Tote Board. The appointments will take effect from 1 January 2019.
The Minister for Finance has re-appointed the Chairman and three members to the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”). The appointments will take effect from 1 January 2019. The re-appointed Chairman and board members are:

The Minister for Finance has also appointed two new board members with effect from 1 January 2019. A brief write-up is attached at Annex A. The new board members are:

The Ministry of Finance and Tote Board welcome the re-appointed and new members to the Board. We would also like to express our appreciation to the retiring members, Mr Linus Goh Ti Liang and Brigadier-General Yew Chee Leung, whose current term ends on 31 December 2018, for their invaluable contributions to the Board.
