Changes to Board Members with effect from 1 January 2026

26 December 2025 - The Minister for Finance has appointed a new member and re-appointed two members to the Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”) with effect from 1 January 2026.

The new member is:

Professor Cheah Tiang Seng Jason
Deputy Group CEO (Strategy, Planning and Resourcing)
National Healthcare Group, and
CEO
Woodlands Health

The re-appointed board members are:

Mr Ng How Yue
Permanent Secretary (Services)
Ministry of Health, and
Permanent Secretary (Development)
Ministry of Social and Family Development

Ms Teoh Zsin Woon
Permanent Secretary
Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth

The Ministry of Finance and Tote Board welcome Professor Jason Cheah to the board and would like to express their appreciation to retiring members, Associate Professor Ang Seng Bin and Mr Hou Wey Fook, for their invaluable contributions. The retiring members’ current terms end on 31 December 2025.
