On 15 November 2011, Tote Board jointly presented the MicroCredit Business Scheme (“MCBS”) with POSB (of DBS) and SE Hub Ltd at a press briefing.

On 15 November 2011, Tote Board jointly presented the MicroCredit Business Scheme (“MCBS”) with POSB (of DBS) and SE Hub Ltd at a press briefing. It was designed to provide business loan to low income Singaporeans and help them become more self-reliant, by starting up or expanding their micro-businesses. The MCBS has since commenced operations on 18 November 2011.
