From Caring Alone to Community Support
When Mdm Pornthip became her husband's caregiver, she felt overwhelmed and isolated. The Communities of Care (CoC) programme at Fei Yue Active Aging Centre transformed her life through an integrated support system which included close collaboration with healthcare and community partners. Led by the Agency of Integrated Care and supported by the Tote Board Better Health Fund, CoC provides a new model of care for holistic senior support.
