Nur Irfan Nur 'Alam, who has autism and mild intellectual disability, found confidence through Let's Sepak—a SportCares programme supported by Tote Board's Sporting Singapore Fund. Reaching out to youths aged 13-21, the programme uses sepak takraw to bring youths together — particularly those in need or with special needs. Beyond learning the sport, participants develop character, leadership.
