The key to a new start

Through the KeyStart Home Ownership Programme, a partnership between Tote Board and South Central Community Family Service Centre (SCCFSC), taxi driver Ho Boon Cheng finally achieved his dream of owning a home with his family after 14 years of living in rental housing.
